Kairo Travel LLC is an independent, accredited travel agency based in Ottumwa, Iowa (USA), affiliated with Fora and WorldVia.

Non-personal data: browser type, device type, pages visited and anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (no tracking cookies or third-party trackers).
Personal data you provide: name, email, phone, travel preferences and, when we handle a booking, the details needed to complete it. We only collect what you voluntarily give us through our forms, WhatsApp, phone or email.

We use your data to: respond to your inquiries, prepare itineraries and quotes, manage bookings and confirmations, provide support, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. SMS / text messaging
If you give us your number and opt in, we may send you travel reminders and confirmations by SMS. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing info@kairotravel.com. We never sell or share your number with third parties for marketing.

To complete your bookings we share strictly necessary data with travel providers (hotels, airlines, cruise lines, insurers and booking platforms). These providers may use your data only to deliver the requested service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
